Our store “Jan” is located in Toshima Ward, Tokyo, just a short walk from the north exit of Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line. The town of Otsuka is conveniently located near huge terminal stations such as Ikebukuro and Shinjuku, but the Toden Arakawa Line (Tokyo Sakura Tram) runs at a leisurely pace, and it is a truly wonderful town with a somewhat relaxing downtown atmosphere and a strong sense of warmth from the people.

I personally love the vibrancy of Otsuka and the friendly atmosphere of the people who live and work there. Since we opened our store, we have been able to continue operating to this day thanks to the support of not only local people but also many customers who come from far and wide to visit us.
In Otsuka, I am most proud of seeing people’s smiling faces as they say, “It’s delicious!” and it’s what motivates me every day.

[A former boxer’s fighting spirit and uncompromising passion for meat]

Let me tell you a little bit about my personal story.
I, Yoon, used to be in the world of professional boxing. During his active years, he sweated every day in the ring and continued to burn his fighting spirit toward victory. Delicious meat supported me both physically and mentally during the rigorous weight loss and grueling training sessions.
Eating delicious yakiniku gave me a strange feeling of strength and a positive feeling of “Let’s do our best tomorrow!”

After retiring, I decided to step into a new ring called “food” and launch Yakiniku Stadium Jan with the determination to bring everyone the best smiles and stamina for tomorrow.

I only purchase high-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef that I have carefully inspected with my own eyes. The marbling, the luster of the meat, the sweetness of the fat. Compromise on any of these is not allowed.

Top rib cut off lunch (1700 yen) [Limited quantity]

This is a limited menu only known to those in the know, and often sells out immediately after opening. Because we use the “cut off” parts that are left when cutting high-quality meat, the shape may be irregular, but the taste and quality are exactly the same as the special meat served at night. You can enjoy the juicy and melt-in-the-mouth ribs and the tongue, which is full of flavor as you bite into it, at an amazing price. This is a must-try item if you find it.

Harami lunch (1,300 yen)

Skirt steak is thick, tender, and allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of the meat, making it a firm favorite among both men and women. It’s not too greasy and goes perfectly with the special sauce that goes with the rice.

I want to take it one step further in the afternoon! This is the one that is perfect for you. An assortment of chewy and flavorful parts such as miso tongue, offal, and heart. When the offal is coated with a rich miso sauce and grilled on a grill until it becomes fragrant, you will definitely not be able to stop eating it. In addition, some regular customers enjoy a slightly more luxurious side menu. For example, for an additional 300 yen, you can change the regular soup that comes with lunch to our signature “Yukkejang Soup.”
The spicy yukkejang soup, which combines the flavor of beef and the sweetness of vegetables, will warm your heart and body. Another popular way to enjoy it is to add “Lunch Kimchi (300 yen)” and eat it with meat wrapped in rice like a sandwich.
